IB Mthiebi has implemented a large-scale educational project aimed at:

• Visiting churches and monasteries as historical monuments;
• Familiarizing with monastic life;
• Distributing offerings and Easter presents to monks and nuns and having interesting conversations with them.

The project brought together more than 1,300 elementary, primary and high school students.

Before leaving, they learned about the historical and architectural significance of the monasteries. The day ended with a fun and interesting picnic.
