An external audit of the international quality management standard – ISO 9001:2015 and the international occupational safety and health standard ISO 45001:2018 was conducted at IB Mthiebi by leading international Intertek auditors.

As part of the audit, the following were checked:

– The organization’s management systems;

– Annual action plans;

– Compliance with ISO 9001:2015;

– Determination of staff competencies;

– Analysis of the works carried out in the academic year 2022-2023;

– Forms and analysis of internal audit;

– Line of development of the organization;

– Quality of work based on the principle of continuous improvement;

– Quality of human resource management by managers.

The School successfully completed the external audit, fully complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and receiving suggestions for improvement.
